The 2019 NCARE Annual Meeting & Conference will be held on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte February 28th - March 1st.

Call for Proposals

NCARE provides a forum for scholars at all stages of their careers to share research at all stages of development. For the 2019 NCARE Annual Meeting & Conference, we welcome proposal submissions of completed work or work in progress.

Each proposal should be an abstract that includes the purpose of the study, relevant literature, methodology, results, and significance. Proposals should be single-spaced using 12-point font and be no longer than 250 words.

Starting with the 2019 conference, NCARE will have three formats for research presentations. See below for details and to select your preference.  Proposal authors will select either a paper presentation (for completed work), a roundtable presentation (for work in progress), or a poster presentation.  Every effort will be made to give each author their first choice of presentation.

Proposal submissions will be accepted from September 1st through October 31st.  Notification of session format will be sent to authors by November 15th.  Click here to submit a proposal.
